Arrive en ville!
Devenir propriétaire à Montréal, c’est possible.
In a literal sense, we’re being told to “arrive in the city” because owning property in Montréal is possible.
But there’s a second meaning to arrive en ville!, which is “get with it!”
The idea behind this expression is that you have to be in the city if you want to be with it!
